Management Services

The Board has hired Herriman Associates to provide management services for the community. They provide financial management, and contractor management for those organizations that serve our community such as irrigation, snow removal, landscape services, etc. As such they are the primary contact between TRRC and the contractors hired to serve our community. For issues concerning these services or problems that arise regarding the common elements, please contact Herriman Associates to have these items resolved.
